with your membership registration or renewal, please review our refund policy carefully:
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made toward IBFPC membership fees are non-refundable. This includes (but is not
limited to):
• Membership fees (annual or otherwise)
• Subscription or platform usage fees
• Promotional membership rates or bundled packages
Once payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not
limited to:
• Change of mind
• Inability to utilize membership benefits
• Relocation, personal circumstances, or business changes
2. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no prorated refunds will be granted
for any remaining duration of the membership term.
3. Event or Program Fees
Payments made for events, training, or special programs under the IBFPC umbrella are subject to
their own individual refund and cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated during registration.
4. Digital Products:
All purchases of digital products—including but not limited to software, downloadable content, and
access to exclusive online materials or services—are strictly non-refundable. We encourage all
members to thoroughly review the product or service details before completing any transaction..
